Are you a strategic event planner with a knack for driving business growth? We are looking for an action-oriented Event Specialist to lead our sponsorships, brand activations, and B2B events!
📍 Support Office, East Jakarta
What You Will Do
End-to-End Event Mastery: Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B, corporate, and public events from concept and budgeting to on-ground problem-solving and post-event evaluation.
Drive FDC Smile Bus Operations: Lead our mobile dental clinic activations by managing schedules, coordinating with medical personnel, ensuring equipment readiness, and optimizing patient flow.
Fuel Business Growth: Execute patient acquisition strategies during events to maximize leads, clinic reservations, and treatment conversions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships and coordinate seamlessly with event organizers, sponsors, corporate/insurance partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Measure & Optimize: Deliver comprehensive post-event reports detailing KPIs, cost-effectiveness, partner satisfaction, and ROI to continuously improve future campaigns.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with proven experience in Event Management, Sponsorship Activation, or B2B/Corporate Events.
Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of how to leverage events for lead generation, brand exposure, and revenue growth.
Operational Excellence: Highly skilled in event logistics, manpower management, budgeting, and rundown execution.
Agility & Problem Solving: Proactive, creative, and disciplined. You stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to on-ground challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep commitment to customer experience, partner satisfaction, and high-quality execution.
