LEGAL MANAGER (CLINIC PERMIT & LICENSE)

FDC Dental Clinic is hiring a Legal & Licensing Manager.

As our clinic network grows, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead licensing operations and strengthen regulatory compliance across our locations.

This role connects regulatory requirements with operational execution, helping new clinics achieve licensing readiness and ensuring existing clinics maintain valid permits and licenses.

What you’ll lead

• End-to-end clinic licensing: Oversee applications, renewals, amendments, and other licensing requirements for new and existing clinics.
• Regulatory compliance: Translate applicable healthcare regulations into clear requirements, practical guidance, and actionable compliance plans.
• Licensing oversight: Maintain accurate records and visibility over permit status, expiry dates, outstanding requirements, and potential risks across the clinic network.
• Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Human Capital, and other relevant teams to align licensing requirements with clinic readiness and expansion timelines.
• External coordination: Manage communication and follow-up with relevant authorities and external parties throughout the licensing process.
• Risk resolution: Identify potential delays and compliance gaps early, escalate critical issues, and drive corrective action.
• Process improvement: Establish clear workflows, accountability, and documentation standards to support consistent execution as the business scales.
• Team leadership: Set priorities, guide the licensing team, and ensure timely, accurate completion of deliverables.

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in legal compliance, licensing, or regulatory affairs, preferably within healthcare or a business operating across multiple locations.
• Strong working knowledge of clinic licensing requirements and Indonesian healthcare regulations.
• Experience managing licensing processes from document preparation and submission through approval and renewal.
• The ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical steps that business and operational teams can follow.
• Strong planning and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Sound judgment in identifying compliance risks, resolving obstacles, and determining when escalation is necessary.
• Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and accountability.
• A hands-on leadership approach and a commitment to improving how work gets done.
