FDC Dental Clinic is opening an opportunity for Receptionist (Patient Advisor) to join our growing team.

At FDC, patient experience starts even before the treatment begins. As a Receptionist, you will become the first point of contact for patients, helping them feel welcomed, informed, and assisted throughout their visit.

Job Description:

- Provide clear information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and protocols.

- Assist patients with administrative processes and insurance-related matters.

- Coordinate with the medical team regarding patient schedules and treatment appointments.

- Respond to patient feedback and support follow-up processes related to payments.

- Support daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education of Senior High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK).

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or service-related fields is preferred.

- Familiar with handling administrative tasks.

- Comfortable using system software or digital work platforms.

- Willing to work 6 days per week with a shifting schedule.
