Talent Acquisition Specialist
About FDC Dental Clinic

FDC Dental Clinic is a fast growing healthcare service company that continues to expand through strong service quality, operational excellence, customer focus, and continuous innovation.

In a service business, people are not only part of the operation. People are the business.

Every clinic we open, every patient experience we deliver, every service standard we maintain, and every growth milestone we pursue depends on the quality of the people we bring into the organization.

That is why Talent Acquisition at FDC is not positioned as an administrative support function. It is a strategic department that directly influences business growth, service consistency, operational readiness, and organizational capability.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to take recruitment seriously as a business critical function.

This role is designed for someone who can move with urgency, think strategically, challenge hiring needs with confidence, and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes.

The Role

  1. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for various business functions and levels within FDC.

  2. You will work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities, attract strong talent, and ensure that critical positions are filled with the right people at the right time.

  3. This is not a role for someone who only waits for instructions, posts vacancies, screens CVs, and schedules interviews.

  4. This is a role for someone who understands that recruitment is a race against business needs, talent market movement, candidate expectations, and operational urgency.

  5. You will be expected to bring structure, speed, insight, ownership, and creativity into the hiring process.

  6. The ideal candidate is confident enough to speak up, mature enough to manage pressure, analytical enough to use data, and proactive enough to find solutions before problems become delays.

Key Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business, Communication, or a related field.

  2. Minimum two to four years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or a similar hiring focused role.

  3. Good interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate competency, motivation, potential, and culture fit.

  4. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  5. Ability to work with recruitment targets, hiring deadlines, and business urgency.

  6. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, follow through, and attention to detail.

  7. Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, service industry, fast growing companies, or multi location organizations will be an advantage.

The Right Person Will Have Strategic Mindset

You do not only ask what position needs to be filled. You ask why the role matters, what business problem it solves, what kind of person will succeed, and how recruitment can support future growth.

Strong Sense of Urgency

You understand that delayed hiring can affect operations, service quality, team productivity, and business expansion. You move fast because you know recruitment speed matters.

Confidence and Communication

You are comfortable speaking with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders. You can explain your point of view clearly and professionally, even when the discussion is challenging.

Ownership Mentality

You do not disappear when a vacancy is difficult. You take responsibility, update stakeholders, find alternatives, and keep the process moving.

Resilience

You are not easily discouraged by rejected offers, difficult vacancies, demanding stakeholders, or candidates who suddenly withdraw. You recover quickly and focus on the next solution.

Curiosity and Business Understanding

You want to understand how the company works, how each role contributes, and how talent quality affects business performance.

Continuous Improvement

You are interested in improving the way recruitment is done. You do not settle for slow, messy, or repetitive processes when there is a better way to work.

Why Join FDC

  1. You will join a company where Talent Acquisition is recognized as a core function that supports business growth.

  2. You will be trusted to handle meaningful recruitment challenges, work closely with stakeholders, and influence hiring outcomes that matter.

  3. You will have room to improve recruitment processes, build stronger pipelines, explore new sourcing strategies, and contribute ideas that can shape the way FDC attracts talent.

  4. You will be part of a fast moving healthcare service company that values customer focus, integrity, learning and growth, continuous improvement, and innovation.

  5. For recruiters who want to grow beyond administrative hiring, this is an opportunity to build stronger business acumen, sharper stakeholder management, better recruitment strategy, and deeper talent market understanding.
