[Purwokerto] Branch Supervisor (Clinic Head)

FDC Dental Clinic is on the lookout for strategic, agile, people-first operational leaders who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Whether you come from F&B, hospitality, or retail, your experience in leading teams and running day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting will be highly valued. We are hiring Branch Supervisors to help elevate service standards, optimize workflows, and shape the future of leadership in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Own the day-to-day performance of the clinic, from service quality to operational flow

2. Lead and manage frontline teams with clear direction and standards

3. Solve operational issues as they happen, not after

4. Turn SOP into real execution, not just documents

5. Use data to understand performance and take action

6. Maintain a work environment that is disciplined, collaborative, and accountable

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) from any field

2. 2–3 years of experience leading operations, especially in F&B, retail, hospitality, or similar industries

3. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

4. Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing

5. Comfortable working with data using Excel or dashboards

6. Willing to work in a 6-day, shift-based system

7. Open to placement across different cities in Indonesia will be a strong advantage, especially as we continue to grow in multiple locations.
That said, no need to worry—we’ll always align and confirm placement with you.
